Absolutely blown away by the level of detail from Platinum Detailing Services. I've had my truck detailed before, but this was on a completely different level. Every inch of the vehicle was dialed in: paint, trim, wheels, interior, all of it.

What's your 100% satisfaction guarantee?
Simple: if anything isn't right after the detail, call us and we'll come back to fix it. No charge, no argument. We don't rush jobs and we don't leave until you're happy with the car, which is why our review wall reads the way it does. There's no risk to you booking with us.
Do you come to me, or do I drop the car off?
Both. We're fully mobile and most details happen at your driveway, office, or job site. If you'd rather drop the car off, we also do in house detailing at our shop. Just tell us which works better when you book.
How does the $50 deposit work?
A $50 deposit locks in your day and time, and it comes off the final invoice. The balance is due after the walk around when the car is done. Booking a slot without the deposit is just a hold and can be bumped if someone else commits first.
Do I need to provide water or power?
For most details no, we bring our own generator for power. We do need access to a water spigot for the wash, so we'll need to borrow water from your hose. That's true for everything, including ceramic coatings. If your spot doesn't have water, just tell us and we'll figure it out.
How long does a detail take?
Exterior runs 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Interior 2.5 to 4. Full detail 4 to 6. Ceramic coating is a half day to full day depending on prep. We give you the honest window when we book. We don't rush jobs, so we'd rather quote longer than promise short.
How do you handle mold, sand, dog hair, or smoke?
Send us photos with your quote and we'll bring the right gear. Mold gets enzyme treatment + extraction. Sand and lava dust come out with shop vac + air. Dog hair takes specialized tools, a regular vacuum can't pull it. Heavy odor and smoke usually need an ozone treatment add on. We'll tell you exactly what's needed in your quote.
How do you quote pricing?
Quotes are based on vehicle size and current condition. Use our quote form above. Tell us the vehicle, services, how dirty it is, and send photos. We come back within a couple hours with a clear price. No surprises on the day, no upsells at the door.
Can I set up a membership plan?
Yes, we have monthly and yearly plans that knock the per detail price down (e.g. $225 instead of $250 when you pay yearly up front). For fleets or multi vehicle households, give us a call and we'll build a custom plan around what you actually need.
Where can you detail my vehicle?
Driveways, work parking lots, condos, job sites. Anywhere with a flat, mostly shaded spot and a water spigot. Some HOAs and apartment complexes have rules about mobile work; if yours does, drop the car at our shop instead and we'll do it in house.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash, all major credit cards, Cash App, and Venmo. The $50 deposit can be paid online when you book. The balance is paid after the final walk around, never up front.
