If anything about the finished work isn't right, call us and we come back to fix it. No charge, no argument. We don't rush jobs and we don't leave until you're happy with the car. There's no real risk to you booking. That's why our review wall reads the way it does.
Both. We're fully mobile and most details happen at your driveway, office, or job site (we bring our own generator + supplies, we just borrow your hose). If you'd rather drop the car off, we also do in house detailing at our shop. Whichever works.
The $50 deposit locks in your day + time, and it comes off the final invoice. Balance is paid after the walk around when the car is done, never up front. Booking without the deposit is just a soft hold.
Exterior detail runs 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Interior detail 2.5 to 4. Full detail 4 to 6. Ceramic coating is a half day to full day depending on prep + package. We give you the honest window when we book and we don't rush jobs to fit the schedule.
Exterior is paint, wheels, and glass on the outside only. Quick and powerful for regular upkeep. Full Detail adds the entire interior reset (vacuum, steam, leather, vents, jambs) plus paint sealant. If it's been a while, get the Full.
2 to 10 years depending on the package, prep quality, and how it's stored. Coastal salt and high UV are hard on coatings, but a properly applied coating with annual maintenance washes will outlast wax or sealant by years. See our ceramic coating page for the full breakdown.
We bring our own generator for power. We do need to borrow water from a hose for the wash and decon. If your spot has no spigot, tell us and we'll either bring water or have you drop the car at the shop.
Mold gets enzyme treatment + hot water extraction. Sand and lava dust come out with shop vac + air. Dog hair takes specialized tools (a regular vacuum can't pull embedded hair). Smoke and heavy odor usually need an ozone treatment add on. Send photos with your quote so we bring the right gear.
Just clear out personal items so we can detail every surface. We bring everything else: generator, tools, products. A flat shaded spot helps but isn't required.
Yes, and you should. Bundling almost always saves money vs booking individually. Tell us what you want during the quote and we'll structure the price.
Yes. See our membership section above. Monthly members pay $250/detail, and yearly members pay $225/detail when they pay up front. For fleets or biweekly schedules, call for a custom plan.
Cash, all major credit cards, Cash App, and Venmo. The $50 deposit can be paid online when you book; balance is paid after the final walk around.
